For my father, he absolutely loves Baby Groot.
I’m a bit rusty, but it’s good to paint a figure again.

New Gallery! 2B [NieR:Automata]

My Bro never had opportunity to get NieR:Automata’s collector’s edition, so I decided to present him GK version of figure included in said CE.
He wanted to get her in reverse colour version – dark skin and white dress.
Because I could, I’ve used colorshift – celestial azure paint on her dress.

I started painting it with oil paints, but I didn’t like the results, so I washed whole paint away and airbrushed it with acrylics. Later I had to hand-paint all the details.
I’ve used Army Painter and Green Stuff World paints.
Other than that, I’ve used Koh-I-Noor’s Gioconda metallic drawing pencils on the base.

Enjoy!

New Gallery – Obersturmführer (‘Totenkopf’ division, Budapest 1945) 1/16

Quite old Dragon’s model. Building was easy, as usual. Painting took me a while.
Mostly because I started it during summer, when even using retarder for my acrylics didn’t fix the issue of way too fast drying. Later I couldn’t get back to it, I wasn’t doing the right progress. But I managed to finish it.

This figure is for my dad, he loves it.

Unfortunately, all decals just crumbled once I tried to use them. No matter, if I used water, of decal liquid. So forgive me last-minute painting labels on Panzerfaust.

As usual, this is painted with acrylics (Army Painter). Snow is made of PVA glue mixed with white paint. And some white soft pastel dust. I used quite a lot of pastels for weathering.

Enjoy!
