New Gallery – Gwendolyn

I haven’t updated this place for quite a long time, but hopefully it’s going to change.
Since I started full-time job in November – my free time for kits got cut down drastically.
But. I managed to finish this Gwendolyn now and there’s hope for other kits!

She’s contest entry, for our GK group, I couldn’t post pictures earlier due to contest rules.

Gwendolyn, Valkyrie from Odin Sphere.

E2046 recast, not really awesome quality. Kit didn’t include base, I’ve made my own.
Kit is both: hand-painted and airbrushed.
Paints used: Vallejo Model Color acrylics, Dealer-Rowney’s Interference Colour (shimmering blue, shimmering violet), Pebeo Prisme Fantasy paints.
Other materials: Glitter and some crystals normally used for nail decoration.
Crystals made using Copper(II) sulfate (I’ve grown those).

Enjoy!

New Gallery and WIP Video – Arzuros Airou

I haven’t upload anything for a while, mostly I didn’t have anything worth showing (random WIP pictures and such). Finally, I managed to finish Arzuros Airou kit I’ve got from GK-Model. Here it is 🙂

Figure is hand-painted with Vallejo paints. It was pleasurable to build and to paint.

Enjoy.

WIP Gallery Update – Diabolus Unglate

She’s almost done. Just need to fit her weapon, do something about the base (because right now it’s horrible) and fix top of her head where two hair parts are connected (ugly gap).

I don’t know when I’ll be able to take proper photos of finished figure though. It’s rather dark during the day recently, too dark to show colours I used. So probably I’ll have to build lightbox first.

Enjoy.

New WIP Gallery – Diabolus Unglate

It’s been quite a while from my last post. I was busy sanding pieces. But I’ll have something to post soon.

Anyway, here’s first look at one of lastest E2046’s projects – Antihero series: Diabolous Unglate. When I saw her as PVC for the first time I was like “OMG, I want her as GK” and here she is!

I finished prep work for her already, just need to take proper photos of primed parts. Soon!
Enjoy.
