New Gallery – Moonstone Rathalos Armour Hunter

Here’s my latest finished kit. It took me a while to finally put it together.

I have weak spot for opal and moonstone, so I decided to give Rathalos such unique colour scheme.

The kit is hand-painted with acrylics (Army Painter, Vallejo, Green Stuff World, Daler-Rowney Pearlscent effect: Shimmering blue).
Metal parts are painted with Mr. Metal Color (Stainless and Dark Iron).
I’ve decided to make contrasting base, hence why it’s full or warm and bright colours.
Water is made of Vallejo’s Polyurethane Gloss Varnish.
Dried lavender flowers were dyed with copic marker (Poppy. I squeezed marker to get ink into glass jar and added alcohol. I put lavender there to get it dyed).
Branches are from apple tree from my backyard. Static grass and islandmoss were used (coloured with copic as well).

Sculpted by Cerberus Project.

Enjoy!

New Gallery – Komainu from Rising Sun

Here’s latest painted figure – Komainu from Rising Sun board game (Polish edition I’ve got).

I decided to go with game’s original colour scheme for this one, so it’s basically whole made in pale gold. I wanted to add some more contrast, hence why bricks on base are red and I added static grass with colourful petals.

New Galleries, HUGE UPDATE!

Long time no see, huh?
I’m terrible at it.
Finally I managed to photograph some figures I painted recently.
My favourite Dark Souls family is finally together:

I finished Ciaran first, you could’ve seen her here:

Today I present to you more pics of finished Artorias and Sif;

Sir Artorias, the Abysswalker

Great Grey Wolf Sif

BUT THAT’S NOT ALL.

Here’s Horned Frog, small kit sculpted by 大山竜, which I’ve got from my friend Acidraw

BUT WAIT, THERE’S STILL MORE!

In previous epoch, Steamforged Games LTD came up with Kickstarter campaign for Dark Souls: The Board Game. Which I backed.
The game came with pretty neat miniatures and I just painted one of them, the Dragon Slayer Ornstein

[I’m just salty, because it takes them ages to release the game and their services are shady.]

Well, that’s all for today. Hopefully I’ll be able to show some more stuff soon.
At least I keep fingers crossed for that. Yeah.
Enjoy!
